This home was purchased because of its perfect location, the protection from extreme winds, trophy lake fishing, deep water dock is located seconds from the open lake waters, quality construction and wonderful custom woodwork, the beautiful lake, wonderful forests, close proximity to Lassen Volcanic National Park, and easy access all year. Its a quiet location and very serene community. The drive through the Feather River Canyon (HWY 70) to Lake Almanor is spectacular all year.
The 'white water' sound of the falling water across the inlet is very peaceful and provides a certain amount of protection from any other noise along the waterfront.
Boat launch is just a few minutes away. Boat trailer parking in front of the house.
