CONDO DESCRIPTION: Located in a hidden gem lprime real estate spot along 30-a. Private, property sit s gulfront.The condo itself is very spacious, calming, refreshing and relaxing. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are plush king suites with jetted tub and sliding glass doors leading to an oversized balcony large enough to dine on and still have another area for lounging. The 3rd guestroom offers a unique 'full' size bunk bed 'with' a twin trundle (sleeps 5 if needed). The sofa in the family room folds out. Always a soothing ocean breeze while you watch the sunset and stare at the picturesque dunes.Expansive gulf views off main and master. Each bedroom has private bath. Master offers stand up shower/spa tub. Gorgeous kitchen. Decor is modern and comfy and very clean line for relaxation. There are flat screen TVs in every room. The kitchen is stocked w/anything you would need. All the flooring gorgeous pecan hardwood. Located on the 3td of 4 floors, total 32 units. This unit sits perfectly over the pool and gulf.

Fall Paradise

I just returned from a stay in this unit. The unit is very comfortable and updated. Stylish but casual. Much more beautiful in person!! This was my first trip to the beach in the Fall.....I highly recommend this time of year and a stay in this condo for a relaxing vacation. The owner was very helpful in regards to anything we needed.I hope to return soon!

Great Place to stay.

My husband and I stayed with friends while on vacation. We loved everything about the place. It was very clean and had lots of room. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you needed to feel at home. It was a short distance to the beach from the room and had a great view of the ocean and pool area. When booking the room the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. It was everything the pictures showed and more. We will certainly being going back next yr. and hopefully be staying here again.

We loved the tasteful furnishings that were a cut above a lot of beach condos. Everything was spotless. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive to any questions. We hope to be back!

Beautiful and private luxurious condo in San Remo with breathtaking views of the Gulf!

Every year we vacation in the Destin area and this year found this beautiful condo in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a gated complex that gives you a true getaway experience . This condo has a grand balcony and plenty of comfortable seating and is a great place to sit relax and read or just take in the view. A truly beautiful condo with hardwood floors and lovely furnishings- there were many pleasant touches that the owner added that make you feel so at home and pampered. We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the San Remo complex and yet the easy access to rental shops for bikes,etc., bike trails- great restaurants and neat shops to browse along 30-A and in nearby Seaside as well as evening excursions to Destin. Many thanks to the owners of this lovely condo for sharing their beach home with us!

What an amazing find! Condo is directly on beach,which has white powder sand and turquoise water. Perfect location being so close to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary and Alys beaches. Also, great for bike riding. The condo and beach are very private and we liked the fact that the property is gated. The condo is immaculate and so nicely decorated . The owner was great to work with! She was very responsive and receptive to all our "needs".
