“The Best Is Good Enough” Describes this Internationally published designer’s compound located in- the beachside community of Hillsboro Shores. The curb side massive eight foot double doors, are entree into a natural multi level tropical court -The residence interiors, 4,000 sq. ft. view lush foliage from every room. The great room is a clean cut contemporary space, designer sofas, white leather chairs, and a black Art Deco parlor Grand Piano overlooks the pool, sculpture and gardens.An enormous dining room with vaulted ceilings that seats six - sixteen guests comfortably. A gourmet chef’s kitchen: fully equipped, two stoves, 2 refrigerators, micro wave, and 2 dishwashers

Pool Area: 5,000 sq. ft. of a “Glamorous”cross between old Hollywood and South Beach. Twelve Foot tall white chiffon drapes and black and white canvas surround the pool area and reflecting pond. Roof Sun Deck: 360 degree panoramic with seating provided with lounges, deck chairs. 85' Yacht available - additional.

Amazing!

This is a wonderful house. The decoration is top notch and the way the land is used is spectacular! We had a wonderful time! We were with our little 16 months old girl and she didn't break anything! It's a very quiet place and the beach is so close that we went everyday. It is private so very relaxing. As did other people, we had the pleasure to see the iguanas! They were two and they came by three days in a row. All in all we recommend this house to anyone with good taste and who are looking to enjoy there vacation! Have fun!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Where I met my Soul Mate! THIS HOUSE IS LUCKY!

THIS HOUSE IS BLESSED! SO special to me because just a year prior to contacting the owner directly, I was at a reception at this home and i met my fiance here unexpectedly....and so the story begins...I called Mark (owner) explaining my situation and that i wanted to take my girlfriend at the time back to where we had first met to propose to her...he not only allowed me to rent the house for one hour, but also had a gentleman meet us there playing our favorite song on surround sound throughout the house. What a great guy and a great house! THANKS A MILLION! Also, the house is gorgeous, large, and a prime location. DONT HESITATE TO RENT IT! ITS A GREAT VALUE and very well cared for.

Dreams come true !

Sometimes you see pictures and than the reality is complete different ! In this house also but in the positive way !
From the moment you enter you feel at home and the detail will make you happy!
Very well maintained and up to the latest standards !
Very quit but still close to shopping mall, shops etc.
We had a fantastic time and can will be back for sure.

Love at fist sight!

We loved being enveloped in the oasis that is your house. The warmth from the outside could in no way compare to the warmth created inside through the combination of luxury and privacy.
