Gorgeous fully renovated historic Arts and Crafts Bungalow with all original wood, stained glass windows, and built-ins. Hardwood floors throughout with very spacious dining room and living room. Two large 'master' bedrooms with sitting nooks, and two more comfortable bedrooms. Fully modern kitchen with stainless appliances and lots of storage. Extra large capacity washer and dryer upstairs in own laundry room.

This house is an elegant showcase house in the heart of the historic district of Ogden. Gorgeous mansions line the street, yet it's only 3 blocks to restaurants, entertainment, the Junction and Salomon Center, and the 13-plex Movie Theater.

There truly is something for everyone in Ogden, and at our house you can enjoy it all in style!

20 minutes by car takes you to some of the best skiing in North America. Both the posh amenities and warm gondolas of Snowbasin Resort and the 6,000 acres of skiable terrain at Powder Mountain will satisfy the most ardent snow sports enthusiasts. World class mountain biking and hiking trails are also just minutes away. 45 minutes north of Salt Lake City.

Junction has indoor surfing, sky diving, and rock climbing, as well as a bowling alley, and arcade. It is open year round. There are also the wonderful rail road, antique car, and Browning gun museums, and the Dinosaur Park. There is also a beautiful bike path that crosses the city. Great fun for the whole family.

Notes: There is enough off street parking for four cars. High efficiency front loader washing machine. We provide detergent, but if you have your own favorite product, please make sure it is HE. Washer and dryer are upstairs (same floor as 3 bedrooms) and is designated for this unit only. All bed linens are 100% cotton 400 thread count or above. We have one queen aerobed (air mattress). It has a double chamber and is 18' high. Actually quite comfortable. All stainless steel appliances. Professional chef 5 burner stove with warming oven as well. Very easy to prepare meals in this kitchen! Smoking Not Allowed: Please, no smoking on front porch either.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful place in June.We had our daughter's wedding to attend and relatives were coming from all over .The moment we walked in the door it was like home.The photos are
accurate but don't do justice to the beautiful wood and charming pieces of furniture.The bedrooms are spacious and we had plenty of room when our extended family came over for a barbeque. There was once 22 of us on the property.The best part was sitting out early morning or evening on the veranda with our coffee. The owners were great and the husband even lent one of his ties to my son for the wedding.We would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends or relatives.

Memorable Vacation

Our skiing/snowboarding vacation was even more memorable because of our experience at this home!! The owners touched base with us the day we arrived and recommended Snow Basin to begin our adventure and it proved invaluable! We had an awesome time and being able to return to the Ogden home at the end of the day for family dinners helped us create even better memories. The home was beautiful and the beds were comfy and we loved having access to the owner's movie collection!

We loved learning about the history of the home! Our kids are already planning our trip next year! Thank you for such wonderful hospitality and the use of such a beautiful home!

Conveniently located in Ogden

Great location! We were in town to perform at Peery's Egyptian Theater. The house is located within walking distance of the theater and the cute little downtown area on 25th street. The house was comfortable and beautiful. We made good use of the outdoor hot tub and well appointed kitchen.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Very good Ogden stay.

Great home with super kitchen and location. Owners are helpful and friendly. The only downer for us was the lack of TV which meant we couldn't see the ball games. However 6 guys skiing throughly enjoyed the house.

Lovely house!

We stayed here in July 2011. We had four adults and two kids and it worked out great. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the treehouse in the backyard. The owners were in town while we were there and we enjoyed chatting with them a few times. All in all, this was a great stay!
