Come escape to the warm Florida sunshine in this bright and roomy three bedroom, 2 bath villa. Upon entering, the family room, which opens up to the lanai/pool area, greets you with its comfortable seating and cozy atmosphere including a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen adds to the open floor plan of this home by also opening up to the lanai/pool area as well as the family room. Enjoy eating at the breakfast nook with a view of the canal or in the formal dining room. One guest bedroom has twin beds with a TV while the second guest bedroom, also with a TV, has a queen sized bed and leads to the pool/lanai area. This home also comes with cable,and stereo system. The large master suite, with its king sized bed and flat screen TV, has an en suite bath for your privacy. You can also enjoy a view of the canal from the bedroom. The over-sized lanai, solar heated pool, complete outdoor dining and sunning furniture, and barbecue are perfect for entertaining or just plain relaxing!
