On the beach with a view of the famous Manhattan Beach Pier and Catalina Island as well as the entire coastline from Malibu to Palos Verdes. 3 Bedroom, 3 bath, parking (5). Master bedroom on entrance level. King bed (2 people), skylights, walk-in closet, steam shower. The master bedroom has doors that open to patio with seating, umbrella, gas barbecue, hot tub. Children's room on entrance level, 2 bunk beds (4 beds for children). Great room opens from the Strand deck with spectacular ocean views and skylights. Large flat screen (60''?) TV that tilts for viewing at any location or outdoors on Strand balcony, Direct TV, DVD. Kitchen has Viking stove, Subzero refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. Patio with seating, umbrella, gas barbecue, hot tub. 3rd bedroom is in a separate 1 bedroom elevated above and behind main house and entered from stairs off Ocean Drive by the garage. Step out on to The Strand for a bike ride on a path that stretches from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica. Surfing, volleyball, swimming, paddling and just picnicking on your patio or the beach are activities to entertain you and your family. 3 car parking in garage and 2 extra behind garage. Washer Dryer. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, bikes. Outdoor shower with 2 separate nozzels and hot water to wash off the beach sand.
