Extremely well appointed with locally custom built, hand crafted island style furnishings. Televisions, VCR, CD player, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher are all included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our Frances House is a completely renovated Bahamian conch style residence right in the heart of the district. An easy walk to busy Duval Street shopping and clubbing and just a short walk to Mallory Pier (famous sunsets) or the seaport district - you will find yourself in the center of it all! *** Please note we are a monthly rental only! ***
