Executive villa with breathtaking view This double story house it located on a hill at Babijn. A spot with a breathtaking view of total Aruba. Babijn is situated in the middle of Aruba. 5 minutes drive from Oranjestad and 5 minutes away from the north side of Aruba, to find all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping malls. This beautiful, recently newly built house is very nicely decorated and has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own private bathroom and a very big balcony with beach chairs to relax and watch the sunsets of Aruba.On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms sharing the 2nd bathroom. Big living room with separate dining space overlooking the pool area and nicely designed open kitchen with all modern appliances.Beautiful landscaping with magnificent big pool. Covert Porch with dining table. Next to the house is a covered carport and separate laundry room with washer and dryer
