The villa is located in the exclusive community of Emerald Island which boasts many additional facilities for the use of guests, including 2 pools, 2 spa's, fitness center, childrens' playgrounds, Tiki-bar, video arcade and courts for basketball, tennis and volleyball all on a site in Kissimmee protected by 24 hour security.

We arrived Sunday and the house was perfect. It had all of the amenities described and more. The kids were so busy that they didn't even find the game room until Tuesday. The heated pool was an extra benefit and the price was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Orlando.

We stayed at this house for our family vacation this year (July 2010), and it was perfect. Great location close to everything: groceries, drug stores, restaurants, theme parks and other tourist attractions. The house is beautifully appointed and very spacious. There were nine of us with ages of our party ranging from 2 to 57, and no feelings of being crowded. The pool and hot tub were the place to relax at the end of long days. The availabilty of strollers was much appreciated for our two little ones. The house is as pictured and even better. Very clean and well maintained, comfortable beds, lots of amenities. The community was quiet and felt safe. We had no problems, other than we wished we could've stayed longer! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this villa from 7/5/10 - 7/10/10.
We received outstanding services from both the villa owner and the management company. It was a great location, very close to the theme parks. We also found many drug stores, supermarkets and restaurants close by which was very convenient. We have stayed at two different resorts in the past and this villa by far is the best. It was exactly as described and pictured. It really is comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming as the photos and detailed description. It was nice to come "home" after a long day at the parks. The ages of our party ranged from 4 to 60 and we were all able to find our own space when needed. We had a great time at this villa and will definitely come back on our next Florida vacation!
