This Frisco condo/townhome in Mountain Pines is very spacious and bright, with over 2100 square feet and lots of windows. The home was built in the 1990s and has numerous upgrades, like hardwood and tiled bathrooms. The combined areas of the kitchen, dining and living room create a warm and open atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath, that offer quiet solitude. Downstairs there is a bunk room with 4 beds, a bonus room with TV and sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The bonus room is like a 4th bedroom and also doubles as a second TV/Game room, more geared towards the kids. Like the main level family room, it has a VCR and DVD player with a large selection of movies. We have just added a 32 inch flat panel TV with DVD/VCR in the Master bedroom. Convenient parking and storage are in the attached 2-car garage. No Smoking, No Pets are allowed. Maximum 9 guests allowed.
