STEPS TO THE SURF & SAND!

My husband was sent by his company to temporarily work in LA. I began searching the internet for something in a safe area (I travel with him and am home most of the time). I ended up looking at VRBO and found this listing. Not being familiar with the area, we asked the landlord to meet with us at the property.She did, and we hit it off right away. About two weeks later, we left our hotel and moved into our little beach home. It really is steps to the beach and there are great ocean views out of the windows! Every picture and description is true to life. The landlords went out of their way to make us feel at home while we were there and even came for a visit after we welcomed our newly adopted daughter into our home! We hope to bring her back one day and stay here again to see where she spent the first 6 months of her life. On a less personal note, there is a lot to do in the area. There are nearby grocery stores, a mall, and little cafes and restaurants. The kitchen has full size appliances. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer units. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The place is tastefully decorated with a light, beachy theme. You are provided with a garage space (real bonus since parking spaces are limited and are metered) and everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs and an umbrella). If you're planning on staying in LA for any amount of time and the beach is calling your name, you'd be crazy not to stay here!
