Both bedrooms as well as the living area and office have an awesome beachfront ocean view don't miss out on this one. Swimming pool is also right on the ocean. Small complex allow for more privacy and relaxation. Centrally located to the airport (15 minutes), Lahaina (20 minutes), Kihei (10 minutes) and most popular activities on Maui. This location is also a favorite spot for the calving whales to hang out and feed their young. It has an incredible view of neighboring islands. Maalaea boasts shopping, restaurants, an aquarium as well as the Marina where most water activities depart from. All within walking distance of this beautiful Condo.

The Lanai is only 40 feet from the start of a 5 mile long beach that goes all the way to Kihei. Hono Kai is one of the few complexes in Maalaea that is directly on the beach. Every room in the Condo has a view of the beach and the ocean. The condo has been completely remodeled and boasts all new appliances etc. There is snorkeling directly in front of the complex with a pool also overlooking the beach. Whales are known to frequent the Maalaea Harbor area during the winter months and have their calves. The beach also leads to the area the turtles go to lay their eggs and nest so great viewing of the turtles. Most water activities to Molokini, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc. leave from the Maalaea Marina which is walking distance. Not to mention the close access to shopping and restaurants in the Marina Village. Maalaea also is the home to one of the largest aquariums in Hawaii. The condo grounds are clean and well kept and offer a BBQ area as well as pool and lounging areas.
