You won’t want to leave this great gulf front condominium! This one bedroom, one and half bathroom unit has a private balcony with a beautiful view of the emerald waters and sugar white beaches. This fully furnished condo has a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and stove and all cooking utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. There are twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also cable TV with remote and a DVD player in the living room, and a TV with remote and VCR in the bedroom. Linens are provided. This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and subleasing is not allowed.

The Summit is in a great location. Restaurants just steps away include Hammerhead Fred’s and Spinnaker. A short drive away you’ll find some other favorite restaurants: Pineapple Willy’s, Captain Anderson’s, Angelo’s Steak Pit, Pompano’s, The Treasure Ship, and countless others. St. Andrew’s State Park is a short drive away, along with the marina, several golf courses, Zoo World, the new Ripley’s Believe It or Not, mini-golf, and countless other entertainment options.

You can rent a beach chair for your convenience and during the peak seasons, you can rent jet skis or go parasailing.
