1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

You won’t want to leave this great gulf front condominium! This one bedroom, one and half bathroom unit has a private gulf front balcony with a beautiful view of the emerald waters and sugar white beaches. This fully furnished condo has a complete remodeled kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and stove and all cooking utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. There are twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a 37' HD TV with remote and a DVD player in the living room, and a TV with remote and VCR in the bedroom. Linens are provided. This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and subleasing is not allowed. The minimum age to rent is 22.

The Summit complex has hundreds of feet of beach, two regular adult pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, sauna, game room, workout room, night lit tennis courts, charcoal barbecue with picnic area, shuffleboard, tiki hut by the pool, high speed internet cafe (free internet access) with ice cream shop, restaurant, kids playground right on the beach, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, plenty of parking, 24 hour security, and beach souvenir shop. You can rent a beach chair for your convenience and during the peak seasons, you can rent jet skis or go parasailing.

We live in the local Panama City Beach area. We chose to buy at The Summit because we love the amenities offered - huge beach front, tennis, pools, playground, etc. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and fun entertainment spots. Also, there is 24 hour security and restricted access to the property, which is hard to find.

The Summit is in a great location. Restaurants just steps away include Hammerhead Fred’s and Spinnaker. A short drive away you’ll find some other favorite restaurants: Pineapple Willy’s, Captain Anderson’s, Angelo’s Steak Pit, Pompano’s, The Treasure Ship, and countless others. St. Andrew’s State Park is a short drive away, along with the marina, several golf courses, Zoo World, Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, mini-golf, and countless other entertainment options.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Minimum age limit for renters = 22.
  • Cleaning rate is $75 during Spring Break.

    Nightly rates also available. Email for more information.
  • Deposit is $200 ($500 Spring Break) and is fully refundable after you check out as long as nothing is broken or missing. There is a $15 registration fee due to The Summit upon your arrival; this fee is $35 during the months of March and April.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and just as described in the posting (the pictures were accurate as well). When we called Kelli (the owner) about an issue with the sliding door, she had maintenance there within the hour! The view was incredible - my husband and I enjoyed every minute of our 5 day stay. The staff at The Summit were personable and friendly; the beaches were clean; parking was adequate. We will reserve again and will recommend it to our friends too!! We discovered there was WIFI in the building too!

Great Stay at the Beach

My mother and I spent three days May, 23, 24 and 25th at the Summit . The condo was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with a remodeled kitchen including a bar area. The extremely large TV was easily viewed from the kitchen and the den area.
The view of the beach, pool and Tiki bar from the balcony was fantastic, and the sunset was unbelievable. The outdoor seating on the balcony made it so easy to relax while listening to the waves and catching a short nap after walking to the County Pier which you can view from the balcony as well. Nearby clubs, restaurants and speciality shops was an added bonus which we enjoyed during our stay. Hope to return soon for a longer visit.

I would recommend this Condo to anyone!! The newly remodeled Condo was very nice and had all updated amenities. My family and I felt very at home. The view from the Balcony was beautiful. My wife and I caught ourselves numerous times going out and just watching the ocean!! My two Son's also enjoyed the view. The photos were very accurate however, the Condo is actually nicer in person. The location is great, you don't have to have a car while you were there because there were so many things to do that were in walking distance. The staff at The Summit were very helpful and friendly. Kelli was VERY helpful and answered any and all questions that I had. Kelli THANK YOU very much!! We had a great time and plan on talking to you again in the future.

What a wonderful experience! Everything was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. All appliances have been updated and we enjoyed how organized everything was. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with the great ocean view. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We will definitely be back!
