Contemporary Cathedral Ceiling house with cozy 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom (one with Jacuzzi) and 1 powder room. Has a huge eat-in kitchen with an island for breakfast. The living room has a wood burning fire stove for the Winter and air-conditioning for the Summer. Heated water temperature control pool (15 ft X 30 Ft) 8 feet at the deepest end. The pool has an optional Jet Spa by the entry step/ lounging step. The house has a wraparound wooden deck, great for lounging and barbecuing (Outside gas grill included) The house is located in Glen Spey, 2 minutes drive down the hill to Eagle watch point and great fishing river (Mongaup Valley).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning Fee is optional, you may request an optional once a week cleaning.
  • 20% Holding deposit required upon booking.
    80% Balance will be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival.
    There will be refundable security/damage deposit of $250. It is fully refundable within 14 days of departure.This charge covers any damage to the property, theft or extra cleaning after the leaving date.
  • Only 50% of rental fee will be refunded if cancellation were made within 2 week prior to arrival.
