The property is located on a quiet drive, secluded from noisy roads and traffic. Traverse City's Silver Lake with crystal blue water is an all sports, low traffic lake. This spring fed lake makes it perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The cottage's sandy beach is just a step across Lake Drive on the lake's east side, which offers great sunsets makes it perfect for a day of swimming, beach fun, and evening sunset marshmallow roasting. It also has a second beach in a park setting with swim raft. The nearby boat launch makes it easy to bring along your own personal watercraft.
