This is a great family unit, accommodating up to 12 people, (or 15 by special arrangement for additional fee). It is 2,473 square feet and includes a private hot tub, grill, multiple decks and outstanding views. Parking for 2 cars only. Living Room:- Open plan living area with new large comfortable sofas, cozy gas fireplace, LCD TV, surround sound system, DVD, cable TV, i Pod dock. All suited to those relaxing nights after a hard day in the mountains. Door opening out to the deck with grill, some seating with great views. Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker. Dining: Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar. Lobby/entrance hall, bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 (The Den) Sleeps 2 (twin beds) (can sleep 3 at an additional charge), LCD TV, en suite bathroom with new granite tops, tiled bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Master Bedroom Sleeps 2 King Bed (can sleep 4 at an additional charge queen sleeper), LCD TV, door leading out to balcony, great views. Luxurious en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double sink. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seating area. Bedroom 4 Sleeps 2 Queen bed, fitted wardrobes, door out to deck and the hot-tub Bedroom 5 Sleeps 2 Queen bed, fitted wardrobes, door out to deck and the hot-tub Bathroom, new granite surfaces and tiled bathroom.
