There are 12 foot ceilings that create a dramatic spacious feel while the classic casual furnishings and decor create the perfect combination of style and comfort. You'll enjoy dramatic water views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and lanai. The kitchen has a dining area and snack bar. There is also a dining room and two spacious guest rooms. One of the quest rooms has a large TV and couch along with a queen size bed. The living room and bedrooms all have TVs. Three of the TVs are high definition flat screens. For your convenience, we installed high speed wireless Internet and there is a desk in the living room so you have a comfortable place to e-mail friends, get some work done or just go on-line. You also have free long distance calling to anywhere in the continental USA. Please take a look at our photos to see just how beautiful this place is.

Located in Riverwood - the most desirable gated golf community in the Port Charlotte area. Riverwood features a beautiful 4 star rated golf course, an activity center with a first rate pool, a fitness center and tennis facility. Ponds and nature areas that are home to an abundance of wildlife found through out. Lots of other great golf courses nearby, also biking, walking and hanging out at the pool. It is a short 20 minute drive to the beaches at Boca Grande, Englewood or Venice. You also have deep sea fishing near and beautiful sunsets too.
