Gracious, historic 1860s three-story, mansard-roof house with high ceilings and 600 sq. ft. wrap-around screened porch. Located on a quiet, secluded lane a short stroll to the picturesque village, pier, and bay beaches. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms (queen and double) on the second floor with a shared bath; the third floor features three bedrooms (one double, one double with a single, and one single bed) with a shared, remodeled bathroom. A separate studio/office with sleeping loft, half bath, and outdoor shower is perfect for overflow guests or working vacationers. Features a remodeled kitchen with six-burner Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator, a high-efficiency washer/dryer, and WIFI throughout house. Water filtration system purifies tap water and ice-maker. The spacious, grassy yard is enclosed by hedges and fences for privacy. Large hammock in the back yard; the side yard is perfect for badminton, croquet, bocce or ping pong (all provided).
