Located within the world famous Mauna Lani Resort on the sun drenched Kohala Coast, also known as the Gold Coast of the Big Island, the KaMilo neighborhood perpetuates old-fashioned stewardship of the land and respect for its native culture. Hokulani, a single story luxury fairway view four bedroom four and one-half bath residence with over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, includes a one-bedroom Hale (guest house) with its own private entry off the courtyard. Our home is very Hawaiian in feel and floor plan. Excitement begins as you enter Hokulani's captivating charm with the expansive courtyard leading you inside the Grand Room with natural bamboo flooring. The grand room, with full-width lanai doors opening to a private pool and spa, overlooks the 11th Fairway of Mauna Lani's North Course and offers a glimpse of the ocean.

Hokulani, our home in KaMilo, is within the renowned Mauna Lani Resort. Mauna Lani enjoys two first class hotels, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Spa and the Fairmont Orchid, two world class golf courses (the 15th hole on the South Course is one of the most photographed in the world) and an award-winning Spa. Mauna Lani also includes a private fishpond and turtle preserve, access to sailing and diving, a Petroglyph State Park and an unhampered beachfront between the hotels. Our home includes access to a white sand private beach club available only to owners and their guests. Our home is across the street from a five acre Recreation Center with an exercise fitness room, three swimming pools including a lap pool and children's pool, including seating with bar and large grill. You can view our home from http://www.BrookfieldHawaii.com. Our home is in KaMilo. Hokulani is the one featured in the 'Home Tour'. The recreation center referred to above is the 'Amenities Tour'.
