Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and expansive glass lets you fully experience the panoramic river and bay view. Property is over one-third acre and has 121 feet of direct water frontage. Fish directly from the seawall in the morning, swim in the afternoon, and enjoy world-class cuisine, entertainment, and gambling in the evening at the Mohegan Sun Casino only 20 minutes away. Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, excursions, minor league baseball, and spas all less than one-half hour away. Town retains much of the old New England charm and offers several public beaches. Keep your boat on our dock. We can accommodate up to a 25' boat . Home located on Niantic River within ten minutes of Long Island Sound. Property is in a very private section of East Lyme, Connecticut and abuts a 500-acre wildlife preserve. House is located at 73 Quarry Dock Rd in Niantic.
