Beach block with no streets to cross and easy under boardwalk access. Unit features ceramic tile in hall, bathrooms and kitchen. Berber carpeting in bedrooms and living room. Granite counter tops in kitchen. Kitchen has upgraded cabinets, brand new appliances and a center island. Gas fireplace , 40-in, 32-in and 22-in LCD HD TVs, 3 Balconies, one in front with view of the beach and boardwalk and other two off bedrooms. Off street parking for two cars. (Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot, Electric Frying Pan, etc...) This is a must see condo with all brand new furniture. Reserve your week now for 2010. Half of rental amount due at time of reservation. Balance of rental amount plus security deposit due 30 days prior to check in.

The condo is beautiful, with plenty of room and a few decks for relaxing in the fresh air. I called the owner and asked for the property on short notice. She gave us a great rate and was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it.
