The house was even nicer than the photos. It is roomy, with many amenities, nice layout and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us plus our small dog. The location is great, easy walk to the grocery store and downtown is only minutes away. It was also quiet and situated at the end of the street in a enclave of similar homes.

Christian, the owner, could not have been better to deal with. He reached out to us and made it clear that he wanted our stay to be good and he would do anything needed to make sure there were no problems.

We hope to rent this house again next summer and look forward to coming back many years to come

Owner was easy to deal with. All of our interaction was over email and he was very responsive.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and clearly well maintained. The house was very spacious and open. There were two bedrooms and a bath upstairs, a bedroom and bath in the full basement basement and a bath on the main floor. Great sunroom with a piano, porch and yard. This house was perfect whether traveling with adults or kids.

The house was in a great location, close to everything but not to close. Stop and Shop was pretty much around the corner.

First of all, the owner couldn't be easier to work with. He was quick to respond and answered all questions that I had about the rental. I was somewhat nervous because this was the first time I had rented a vacation home, but his professionalism put my mind at ease.

So from the minute we stepped into the front door we knew we were going to have a great stay in P-town--and that we did. The house was immaculate. I was surprised at how clean it was knowing that it was booked solid through the summer. So kudos to the cleaning staff. They do an amazing job.

The house is very spacious. The living area, bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. The kitchen is also perfection. It had everything we needed and more (in fact, it was stocked with more utensils, pots and pans, cooking gadgets, etc. than I have in my own kitchen!)

Location location location. The house is situated very close to the center of town--easily a 5 minute walk. But it's far enough that it's private and very quite.

I have nothing negative to say about the house. If you're looking for the perfect rental in Ptown, book this one immediately!! I certainly will be next summer!
