Oceanfront 4BR Heritage House is a two story colonial home located in the exclusive, quiet residential area of Rum Point, in Cayman Kai. Newly built, it features tasteful, family-friendly furnishings, and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms overlook the Caribbean, and two overlook the pool and Little Sound. There are two king-size beds, two queen-size, and a den with a sleeper sofa. There are breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean from your covered first-floor lanai and second-floor balcony, where you can enjoy a cocktail and the trade winds. Snorkel right from your sandy beach, or swim in your private pool. Walking distance to the Rum Point beach, bar, restaurant and water sports area.
