Charming 3 story-Post and Beam home in Great Pasture Development- with privacy as well as convenience. Near lovely bay beaches suitable for families with small children. Convenient to library and town center. You are just a short walk to the center of Wellfleet. Bright, airy, open design with cathedral ceiling and lots of windows. The bedroom on first floor has a queen size bed. Second floor has 2 bedrooms each with 1 twin bed. In the basement is a new double futon. We have a wireless connection-so bring your laptop! Whirlpool tub in second floor bathroom! Parking for 4 cars..Deck....Weber grill.. About 1 mile walk to the center of town & bay beaches (Mayo or Seashell)-15-20 minute walk or less then a 5 minute drive! Small workout area/gym in the basement-includes 1 stationary bike, work bench and weights!! Also in the basement is a big TV w/ DVD player (with many DVDs!!) & Xbox system (with games!!). Brand new appliances---- washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator & microwave
