Villa Vista is our home away from home!

Every year, we go to St. Martin to celebrate my birthday. We have been coming to the island for the last 9 years and we have never stayed anywhere but Villa Vista. This home is incredible... From the moment you enter the gated community, you can see Villa Vista nestled high up in the mountain top. The first time we came, I literally could not believe that we were staying here. Villa Vista surpassed all of our expectations. The pictures on line are beautiful but honestly even they can not do the house justice. The home is impeccable. The views are breathtaking. There is nothing better than getting up every morning and having your breakfast out on the large veranda overlooking the island of St. Barths in the distance. The pool is perfect for relaxing or doing laps and the fact that the kitchen window opens out over the pool makes having appetizers and drinks before dinner a very unique experience! The owners are wonderful and very easy to work with, and they have always made sure that our stay was perfect. The housekeeper, Natesha and the caretaker, Darryl are also extremely helpful and very accomodating. It is so reassuring to know that if there is a problem, they are there to help. There are endless things to do on the island... wonderful restaurants, snorkeling, boating, and swimming at all the amazing beaches. If you have children, make sure you take them to the Butterfly Farm, Pinel Island, and Fort Louis. Our son is now six and he asks us all the time, "When are we going back to St. Martin?" As a parent, there is nothing better than hearing that... just knowing that St. Martin makes him happy brings us great joy and makes it easy for us to return. Villa Vista has become our home away from home and we are forever grateful!
