This is a cute 1910s house, in the trendy Cow Hollow/Marina neighborhood of San Francisco - between Russian Hill and The Presidio, walking distance from the San Francisco Bay, two blocks from Union St., twenty minutes pleasant walk through Fort Mason park to Fisherman's Wharf, close to the Palace of Arts and the Exploratorium. Also, it is an ideal location for day trips to other parts of the SF Bay Area. The house has a beautiful fenced front yard, a private backyard patio and one parking space you can use - just off the street, by the gate. The house has 2 separate floors/flats with 2 separate entrances; they are not connected. The second floor, which we offer to our guests, has got the original Douglas Fir hardwood floors and lots of windows. It has 2 bedrooms (very quiet) with king & queen beds, a sun room with a futon and double pane windows, living room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and one bathroom.

Our place is just two blocks away from trendy Union Street with its shops, health spas, wellness centers, restaurants, and cafes. You can walk to the Marina, San Francisco Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Palace of Arts, the Presidio, Fillmore and Chestnut Streets. You can jog or walk to Crissy Field and Golden Gate Bridge. You can also travel by bus and cable car to Union Square, Golden Gate Park and to world class museums like the SF Museum of Modern Art, the Asian Art Museum, the De Young and the Legion of Honor. Ferries, bus, or bike rental can take you to Sausalito and Tiburon.

Newly Remodeled: The house was just remodeled - all stainless steel appliances, furniture, counter tops, and other amenities are new.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 52' HDTV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dining table, and connects to the sun room with a sliding door. We have a small office space by the kitchen with wireless internet. The kitchen and the living room are divided by a bar from where you can comfortably watch shows on the huge flat screen HDTV or Blu-Ray disks, or you can do so from the living room. The house was just remodeled - all stainless steel appliances, furniture, counter tops, and other amenities are new.

Stop looking-You found your vacation rental!

Let me just start off by saying my family and I absolutely LOVED staying in this home! It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is great and the amenities are wonderful. 2 bedrooms (our kids loved having their own room), laundry on site, great water pressure throughout the house, and a nice sized back yard to relax in or for your kids to play in! The owners were very nice and provided great customer service. We will definitely be back. I recommend this great home to all!
