Nice Property, Great Location

Stayed for a week in July 2010 in this nice property. Great beach view from living area, short walk to pool, dock and bay. The grounds are very well kept. Beach is great and mostly uncrowded, unlike the Sunset Captiva complex where we usually vacation. The former screened in porch was removed and the living room extended. Didn't miss the screened porch at all; liked the additional living area. Furnishings are comfortable, decor is nice, A/C works well although upstairs was a little warm. All ceiling fans in the unit wobbled & need balancing. Master bath is very nice. Unit has plenty of linens. The unit was clean, altho the smoothtop stove top could use a good scrubbing. No ants! Kitchen could use more pots, pans and drinking glasses. Garbage disposal took a call to the owner to figure out how to use. Plenty of beach gear in the outside storage area, and it's great having an outdoor shower. Flat screen TV in living room, smaller flat screen TV in master and regular TV in one of the main floor bedrooms. We never heard the people next door. Unit also has a garage which is nice to keep the car cool. A very relaxing vacation...we'd definitely stay here again!
