Feel 'away from it all' on this private cul-de-sac driveway, but just down the hill (less than one mile!), you'll find the bustling, up-scale center of Rancho Bernardo with many shops, great restaurants and fantastic public golf courses and practice ranges.
Then just an easy drive to dozens more golf courses, the beautiful ocean beaches of Del Mar and La Jolla, (plus world-famous Blacks Beach has legal nude sunbathing!), hundreds of restaurants closeby for any taste or budget (find specials listed in the guide at our unit), wineries, hiking trails, world-famous Audubon birdwatching estuary and much more!

Our unit is a fully furnished and well-stocked unit of 1,090 s.f., with 2-bedrm, 2-baths, and touches of Old World style. Free wi-fi, phone and all utilities provided. Central a/c and heat, if needed.
Dishes, cookware, linens, laundry soap, shampoo, even beach chairs, and much more, all supplied to make your getaway easy!

Sparkling kitchen with tile has stainless steel appliances. Italian tile floor extends from entry way through kitchen and dining area. Extra seating for up to six.
Comfortable living room has flat screen TV (with 200 channels and DVR), glowing gas fireplace for cool nights and lovely large windows for light and view, with modern easy-to-use cellular blinds.
French door opens to patio overlooking fairway with panoramic views of valley and mountains beyond. Bistro table and gas grill for delicious outdoor dining.
Each bedroom has queen bed (comfortable memory foam toppers) and easy bathroom access from each (tub w/shower each bathroom), large closets. Comfort-height toilet in master bathroom and easy-to-reach grab bars for shower safety.
Spacious two-car garage with state-of-the-art washer/dryer.
Gorgeous pool and spa at end of cul-de-sac. Community center less than one-mile away with fitness equipment, tennis courts, large lap pool, many activities. (Separate ID card required.)

The owners inviting you to enjoy this property are Dennis and Jaclyn Evans, long-time residents of small-town Chelan, WA. We operate the Tunnel Hill Winery and Sunshine Farm, overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan. We are busy during our lake's summertime tourist season, but in the winter are able to escape for a few weeks of sun and golf in San Diego. We hope you'll enjoy being here as much as we do!
Please note that we ask for departure on the last day of the month to allow plenty of time for turnover cleaning and maintenance before next guests are due. Only exception is December, when people will be allowed to depart on the 1st, since owners are next people coming into the unit and can be more flexible. Thanks for your understanding.
