There is a living room with TV. One bedroom has a double bed and bath. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equiped, including dishwasher. There is a large terrace (70 m2) with garden furniture and BBQ and a parking space for one car.

Urlaub in Biot

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind ok. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist herzlich und aufschlussreich. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Domizil an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen. Der Ortskern von Biot ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte, Cafes und gute Restaurants. Es gibt Dienstags einen Wochenmarkt und im Sommer auch einige Festivitäten. Einige Golfplätze befinden sich in der Nähe, die man als Urlauber auch nutzen kann. Wir verleben seit 2004 unseren Urlaub in Biot und haben dieses auch schon zu Weihnachten und Sylvester ausprobiert. Es ist alles wie zu Hause, nur mit einem Unterschied, man läßt die Seele auf der riesigen Terrasse baumeln oder freut sich über die schöne Landschaft, ob nun am Meer oder in der Provence. Mit dem Auto, Motorrad, aber auch mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Antibes, Nizza oder in Cannes.
Wir werden im nächsten Sommer unseren Urlaub wieder dort verbringen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Vermieter.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung

Die ausgesprochen komfortable Wohnung eignet sich ideal als Wohnort für einen Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur. Die Terasse riesengroß, mit allen Schikanen (Elektro- oder Kohlengrill, Liegen, Esstisch) Nicht zu vergessen die wunderbaren Blumen, die einem mit ihrem Duft die Sinne schwinden lassen und einen in der malerischen Landschaft, alles rundum und vorhernachher vergessen machen. Biot ist ein romantisches Dorf, hübsch, klein und ohne Busladungen, die verdrossen durch den Ort latschen.

Die Lage der Wohnung - mitten in Biot (aber ruhig) - ist grandios. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Hinterland, nach Nizza, Vence oder Antibes ist die Lage ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien und hat viel Stauraum. Der Blick von der riesigen Südterasse ist großartig. In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten im Ort mit allen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wie in seinen eigenen 4 Wänden - man ist angekommen im Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist reizend und überaus hilfsbereit. Wir waren 2004 das erste Mal hier, Ende April 2008 das zweite Mal und wir werden immer wieder kommen!
