This home has been completely renovated and is very charming with its seaside colors and decor. It is a great price for being on the water, not with a peek of some water in the distance, like some properties. The view is spectacular right from the house, or the deck or the yard! You can literally walk down about five steps from the yard into the water, where you can go clamming, fishing, swimming, or kayaking. If you just want to get away from it all & relax, you can sit under a shady tree and watch the boats go by or read a book. There is a nice sandy, neighborhood beach only a short walk away, where the kids can play in the sand and water, you can sip your cool drink and read that novel you've been wanting to read, and enjoy some family time. The cottage is centrally located to all the activities, attractions, & restaurants of the Cape, plus only an hour drive from historic Boston, 40 min. from Providence, 30 min. from historic Plymouth! You will love it here!
