This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, den, single car garage, enclosed furnished patio home sleeps six comfortably. Master bedroom has a private bathroom, closet, and is furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a private closet and also has a king size bed. Enjoy the living room LCD TV/DVD/Satellite from the recliner sofa, leather Lazyboy rocking chair, or high top table (seats six). The Den also has a private closet, double french doors, and pullout sleeper queen sofa. The eat in kitchen has all your standard requirements... Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, deep fryer, cooking utensils, plates, cups, pots & pans, etc....

From the river, multiple hotspots can be reached such as, Sanibel Island, Pine Island Sound, Matlache, Cape Coral Yacht Club, Ft Myers beach, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Other local amenities include lots of great local cuisine just moments away, local shopping and malls within a few short miles, 5 golf courses within 7 miles, 10 minute drive to Cape Coral beach located at the yacht club, 15 minute drive to Sanibel Beach, and 20 minute drive to Ft Myers beach. Entire community has walking and bike paths for that morning or evening stroll. Great location for any type of vacation!
