The Best of Coastal Maine. Directly on lovely rocky coast overlooking the mountains of of Acadia National Park. Your home base is just 20 minutes to Acadia and 35 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. This post and beam style true Maine cottage represents the ideal setting for a perfect Maine vacation. Situated on 1.8 waterfront acres in a private community in Lamoine, Maine one can enjoy the splendors of Acadia National Park, the charm of Bar Harbor, and the convenience of Ellsworth. Enjoy the activities of the day, and then return to the serene waterfront setting for the evening. Enjoy hiking, climbing, whale watching, lobster bakes, great shopping and excellent restaurants. This comfortably and beautifully decorated Maine cottage features hardwood floors throughout, soaring ceilings, two gas fireplaces, magnificent vistas and a stairway to the shore. This is our second home, and is equipped and decorated to provide both comfort and ambiance. The cottage has 2 large bedrooms and a loft.
