Come to Balboa Island. Park your car and walk to the beach or to the villages on Marine and Agate Avenues to shop. Save your gas for the ride home! We are a beautiful residential area with a boardwalk. Our studio apartment is quiet and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing weekly vacation. There are many community activities including the Newport Beach Boat Parade December 17 - 21st, the All Island Garage Sale the first Saturday in May, the Balboa Island Art Walk the third weekend in May and The Balboa Island Parade the first Sunday in June. Come and enjoy our beautiful little community. Park your car and save your gas for the trip home.
