Only 300 meters away from the entrance of the Louvre museum and close to the underground, this luxurious flat is ideally located to discover Paris and all major touristic sites. The arrangement of the flat is as exceptional as its location. Completely renovated in 2007 by an interior designer, this vast studio is a high standard accommodation, with a bathroom worthy of a grand hotel, fine parquet and quality furniture. At night, you will appreciate the calm of it - windows facing a private yard - along with excellent bedding (mattress 20cm thick !). You can make yourself at home, the flat is entirely equipped like a house on holiday. You will of course find a fully equipped kitchen (for preparation, cooking of meals), wireless Internet broadband access, free phone calls towards 96 destinations, cable television along with a hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

    2. I will return the rental contract by email along with my bank details or PayPal in order to pay the account (30% of rental cost). Any bank expenses or PayPal charges are at the lodgers expense.
    3. Print, sign, then return the contract by email (after scanning it) or by fax. Do not forget to indicate the reference of the bank transfer or PayPal.
    4. As soon as contract and account have been received, you will be receiving a confirmation along with all the necessary details to get to the flat.
    5. Full settlement of rental fee (70% remaining) must be paid when keys of flat are delivered, in cash, in Euros exclusively. If you would rather not travel with cash, you can also settle rental fee by transfer or PayPal.

An excellent base for discovering Paris

A good experience in Paris. The Louvre apartment is located a few steps of Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, and a couple of important Metro stations, which makes easy to get almost anywhere in the city (even the airports) efficiently; Giovanni was very supportive and flexible. I'd be willing to pay a little more for having air conditioning, but even in August we slept very comfortably using the provided fan. The kitchenette is well equiped and helps you to save time and some Euros. This apartment is an excellent base for discovering Paris.

We had a fabulous time on our first visit to Paris. We would highly recommend the Louvre studio : clean, modern, containing everything you need for a comfortable stay (even an iron and ironing board) and in a wonderful central location.

We look forward to our next visit and Giovanni will be our first port of call for accomodation. We would like to thank Giovanni for being so helpful.

Hello Giovanni !

Me and my new husband thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the Louvre apartment ! The apartment was charming and offered everything we needed during our stay. It was so close to everything - shops, restaurants, train station - just a short walking distance to many attractions ! It truly was the best place to stay during our first visit to Paris. Giovanni... you were truly a Godsend ! Thank you for taking the time to go through the Paris map with us as it helped us enjoy Paris in the short time we had ! We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
