Relax & enjoy the 'Dog Leg Rapids' 300 ft. of the most beautiful cypress tree lined Guadalupe Riverbank in the city limits of New Braunfels, Texas.

Extensive outdoor living spaces are carefully designed to take full advantage of the river breezes and magnificent views. Concrete patio with cozy fire pit, raised riverside decks, covered entertainment area, gourmet kitchen with marble counter-tops.

Off-Season (Labor Day-Memorial Day)

$800 per night (Sunday-Thursday)

$1000 per night (Friday & Saturday)

Spring/Summer Rates (Memorial Day-Labor Day)

$1200 per night (Sunday-Thursday)

$1400 per night (Friday & Saturday)

Add $200 Cleaning Fee and 13% Hotel Tax

(the Comal and the Guadalupe) which offer endless water fun and relaxation; Schlitterbahn Water Park (voted #1 in the world); our quaint downtown district with restaurants, shops and bars; and just on the outskirts of New Braunfels is the town of Gruene with its restaurants, shopping and the infamous Gruene Hall (oldest dance hall in Texas). Another attraction for visitors is the outlet mall in San Marcos, one of the best in the country. We also have the Dry Comal Creek Winery, Natural Bridge Caverns & Wildlife Park and Canyon Lake nearby. New Braunfels is a relaxing tourist destination for all ages and lifestyles!!

Golf: The 18-hole 'Landa Park' course at the Landa Park Golf Course facility in New Braunfels, Texas features 6,168 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 .     CANCELLATION POLICY
    If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of arrival, a refund of your deposit will be made less a $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. If guests check out prior to the scheduled check out date, no refund will be granted.

Family River Trip

We enjoyed this house very much, all of us. The river was great but our asses got tore up!!! The beds were great, the coffee bar was awesome, and we enjoyed the fuse ball table. The cat was fun to play with. We named her Guadalupe!!!
