Relax & enjoy the 'Dog Leg Rapids' 300 ft. of the most beautiful cypress tree lined Guadalupe Riverbank in the city limits of New Braunfels, Texas.

Extensive outdoor living spaces are carefully designed to take full advantage of the river breezes and magnificent views. Concrete patio with cozy fire pit, raised riverside decks, covered entertainment area, gourmet kitchen with marble counter-tops.

(the Comal and the Guadalupe) which offer endless water fun and relaxation; Schlitterbahn Water Park (voted #1 in the world); our quaint downtown district with restaurants, shops and bars; and just on the outskirts of New Braunfels is the town of Gruene with its restaurants, shopping and the infamous Gruene Hall (oldest dance hall in Texas). Another attraction for visitors is the outlet mall in San Marcos, one of the best in the country. We also have the Dry Comal Creek Winery, Natural Bridge Caverns & Wildlife Park and Canyon Lake nearby. New Braunfels is a relaxing tourist destination for all ages and lifestyles!!

    Life is Gruene, LLC requires a $500 deposit upon reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to the date of check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is required at time of reservation.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of arrival, a refund of your deposit will be made. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. If guests check out prior to the scheduled check out date, no refund will be granted.

We cannot say enough good things about this place!! We loved the location right on the river, the house alone is well worth the price. The homeowners are accessible and went out of their way to accommodate us. The outdoor grill stopped working, we called the owners and literally 15 minutes later they brought their personal grill over for us to use. The next day they went out and bought a new one (and delivered it) to make sure we were good to go. You will enjoy your stay here, I highly recommend it.

(because we are zoned as a Bed & Breakfast, we are not allowed to hold weddings and special events. Connie & Jeff rented our home and the house next door to us and because they have a different zoning, were able to hold the wedding next door and have plenty of room for both families.)
