A light-filled, spacious, well-appointed home, it comes fully furnished and equipped with hot tub,wireless internet access, full kitchen, two flat screen cable TVs with HBO, a stereo CD and a DVD player, free in-country calling, washer/dryer, deluxe bedding and towels, an outdoor cabin, toys, games, and two adult bikes. Situated on a court and surrounded on all sides by a large, enclosed, landscaped yard, it is across from a nature preserve, Natural Bridges State Beach, home of tide pools and Monarch butterflies. South facing, it stays light and sunny all day. Guest room two: this is a cheerful, east-facing room with garden view, twin bunk beds, friendly art, a crib, cabinet with toys and books. North facing with a private and peaceful feeling. Guest room three faces a quiet garden court. It is adjacent to the living room connected via a French door. The full bed is very comfortable. This elegant room can also be used as an office as it has a small table with filing and a cabinet.

Our summer vacation in Santa Cruz!

I came here with my extended family for a week this summer. The home was a wonderful place to stay and we had a great time. It is in a nice neighborhood, just a short 5 or 6 minute walk down to the beach. This is a beautiful home, well equipped and comfortable. The cottage in the backyard (which became our teenager's club house), hot tub and bikes were nice extras. We would definitely recommend staying here. We are already planning our stay for next year!

Thank you so much! Our group of 8 adults and children spent a week here in July 2009 and loved your place. Great accommodations and great location, short walk to the beach, near the Boardwalk, etc. The home is well equipped and maintained with many nice touches; it is also child friendly - the cabin in the backyard a delightful surprise. We will definitely be back.
