Casa Bella is a charming rental home. The main level of the home has two bedrooms both with AC and queen sized beds and each with access to the small pool in the back yard. The shared bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The kitchen and living area are open design ( also have AC) and the dining table is outside on the wraparound deck letting you dine 'al fresco'. Downstairs Casa Bella has two efficiency style bedrooms each with large bathroom, AC and private entrance. Casa Bella is walking distance to shops, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to magnificent Playa Grande, a three mile, nearly private beach with beautiful seashells, warm waters and surf breaks. Sightseeing, restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, boating, shelling, swimming, snorkeling/diving, surfing, biking, wildlife viewing, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, boogie boarding. Also available: estuary tours, water taxi to Tamarindo, canopy tours, bird watching, tour assistance available.

Playa Grande is home to world class waves and surf as well as being a part of Las Baulas National Park- the 2nd largest nesting area for the leather back turtle. Playa Grande is a long and big white sand beach with waves for all levels of surfer from beginner to pro. The estuary is teeming with wildlife and there are boat tours available as well as boat taxis to take you over to Tamarindo. Water sports and beach activities abound. Yoga and massages are available in Grande. Playa Grande is a peaceful area and perfect to relax in. Playa Grande is a 15 minute drive to Tamarindo and 15 minutes to Flamingo.

Casa Bella : This home is well located just off the newly paved entrance road to Playa Grande. Casa Bella is located on a residential street with mostly full time owners in residence. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are bicycle rentals/surf rentals within a few minutes walk of the house. You can easily walk to one restaurant and bar that is a popular local hangout. The house provides easy access to the local shops, bars and hotels, but maintains its tranquil setting being just a bit off the beaten path. Playa Grande is by far one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches.

Property Management: Our Property Manager is bilingual and long time resident of the area. He can offer you many different excursions with private guides through the National Parks and custom tailor adventure tours to your individual preference and taste. The owners of Casa Bella have resided in this area for 22 years. They live close to this rental home and are happy to help with anything special you might need. There is a list of recommended area services in the house for you.

We spent a lovely holiday at Casa Bella. The house is very nice a few minutes walk from the beach which is very spacious and beautiful backyard. the beach is incredible and we were fortunate to see a giant turtle lay her eggs on the beach. We've really enjoyed the services of the owners and staff (Alma and Mauricio): nice, friendly, discreet and honest. The villa was even better in real than on pictures. Excellent value for money. Thank you! We highly recommend this piece of paradise!
