Great place

Great condo! Great location and ocean views. The host was wonderful, she was very helpful, gave recommendations re things to do, and very responsive to any questions. As other reviewers have said, due to the tall buildings around it there is a decent amount of shade in the pool in the afternoon, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The beach is wonderful! Another reviewer suggested going to the Anne Kolb nature center, which was a great suggestion. It is very close to this property, is free, and is very quiet and serene-a great way to enjoy Florida nature.

I stayed for a month. Alla the owner was a wonderful host. Responded within minutes to any question. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Louis, the concierge of the Sian Residences was super nice and very helpful with ideas and restaurant suggestions. We had a wonderful stay.

Get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at this location. The condo was very comfortable and steps from the beach which was magnificent. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We felt at home. I would definitely recommend this property.

Easy access to the beach, spacious apt and wonderful owner!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Beach access was easy - the apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pantry essentials. Communications with the property owner was seamless! Would definitely stay here again!

Communication with property owner

Owner of the property was very nice at first. What she failed to tell me was that I had to pay $10 per night for parking in the condo lot even though owners have their own parking spot. The other surprise cost was the fobs that I had to purchase for the adults at $30 a pop. These were to gain access to the building and to and from the beach. They could have refunded that money when the fobs were returned. The other “surprise” was that the building next door shaded the pool after 1:00. The property itself was great! Very clean.
