This elegant house is located atop a small hill on the Spruce Lake Estates just 15 minutes from Mt Snow (and many snowmobile/VAST trails), surrounding a private Lake with a sandy beach, gazebo, boat house and tennis courts. A spacious 3 level house, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can fit up to 3 small families or 8-12 people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything for any chef. There is also a game room with a ping pong table, foosball and board games for both kids and adults. Enjoy breath taking views from our large deck overlooking the valley and Mt Snow. In the fall enjoy New England leaf peeping and many other local attractions. In the winter hit the slopes at Mt. Snow or ice skate on the lake. VAST trails are nearby. In the summer take a short walk down to the lake and enjoy fishing, swimming, jumping off the lake platform on the premises of the Estate or go on the prowl to various local tourist attractions in the quaint Wilmington downtown.
