Two bedroom, one bath, oversized living/dining room, top (2nd) floor Condo. It is located in a small (10 unit) and quiet complex. It is in walking distance to everything - South Peak of Loon Mountain, restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, and more! Come enjoy everything that Lincoln has to offer - year round. Golf, hike, or visit local family attractions such as Clark's trading Post, Whale's Tales water park, Polar Caves, Zipline Tours, and more during Summer and Fall, as well as the amazing Foliage. Snowmobiling, skiing and tubing are great in the winter as well! Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a full size futon in the living room. ***newly remodeled bathroom with granite vanity***

Great place to stay!

This condo was a great place to stay in the Lincoln area. It is very well kept and within walking distance from Main Street, where restaurants, shops, and movie theaters are. It's also a close drive to scenic areas and skiing. I was there the first week in October for the autumn colors, which was very pretty in the area around that time. I look forward to my next visit.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Clean and Sunny, Great Location

This property is a great value at a great location...bright and open feeling, clean, had everything we needed. Great kitchen for light cooking, very quiet street and building (harder to find in the bigger condo properties.) Convenient location/walking distance to shops, restaurants, and super close to Loon Mtn for winter sports. Friendly/prompt responses from owner. Would definitely choose this property again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
