This 5000 square foot farmhouse, photographed by Country Living Magazine, is situated in the middle of beautiful green pastures. The house sits on 79 acres, a pond visible from the house and a large fresh water stream. There are an additional 33 protected acres adjacent to the property. Along with the house, the property has 2 barns, a potting shed, and a garage. The house has three floors and a full basement. First floor: living room, dining room with a working fireplace, den, writing room, full kitchen, pantry, laundry room, mudroom, powder room. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open to a wrap around porch, facing the pond and fields. Second floor : four bedrooms, two full size bathrooms with clawfoot tubs, a lovely sitting room with a working fireplace. The third floor is the master suite. It contains a very large bedroom with a working fireplace, a sitting room, an office, a dressing room and a spacious master bath. Gorgeous in every season.
