Sandy Shores - Apartment 101 is a luxury one-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condominium, located at Gulf Boulevard, right on the Gulf of Mexico. Our weekly rentals run from Saturday through Saturday. Our unit is located on beautiful Madeira Beach, adjacent to John's Pass. John's Pass Village offering a boardwalk along the pass with gift shops, restaurants, deep-sea fishing and dinner/dance cruises with gambling. Enjoy parasailing and jet-skiing. Or simply enjoy a casual walk along the beach looking for shells, as the vacation of your dreams becomes a reality. Enjoy quiet relaxation poolside, or on the white sands of Madeira Beach. Swimming or fishing in the surf of the Gulf of Mexico will truly make your vacation one to remember. Be sure to bring your camera, as you'll want to capture the gorgeous sunsets over the warm Gulf waters from the beach or your private balcony. For your convenience, all towels and linens are provided.

We are private owners and book and maintain the unit ourselves. Your balcony faces the pool and the beach. Across Gulf Blvd is John's Pass Village where you can shop, dance, fish, dolphin watch, fine dining, go jet skiing or para-sailing. There is not a better location along the Suncoast. Madeira Beach is a barrier island off the coast of St. Petersburg. It's one of the few barrier islands that has a pass from the Gulf of Mexico to the intercoastal waterway.
