This a beautiful, designer decorated three bedroom, single story town home located in the Legacy Vilas. It has a connected double car garage which is ideal for loading and unloading your groceries or luggage. It has new big screen HDTV TV in the living room and smaller ones in each bedroom. It has DVD in the large living room. The kitchen is designed for the most particular chefs. Large patio just off the living room with the pool and spa just across the street. Relax in this spacious, comfortable three bedroom home while the kid play at the pool. Watch football, tennis or golf while the kids play at the pool. In other words, just enjoy yourselves.
