If you wish, you can arrange to take a course in silk painting and polymer clay with Barbara, an artist/teacher at her studio, The Blue Door, in Boquete. You may also wish to take one of Mort's artisan bread baking classes, using the wood fired clay oven.

Panamanian Independence Day Parades
Panama City: November 3rd. Local celebrations in Boquete are colorful, fun, with parades of darling school children dressed in beautiful costumes.

The International Boquete Flower and Coffee Fair (music events at night are, regrettably, noisy throughout the entire valley). The flowers bloom all season!
