Only 200 km from Sao Paulo and 250 Km from Rio de Janeiro , Ubatuba is famous for offering the most stunning coast of Brazil, with more than 80 incredible white sand beaches to be explored , along with the best preserved rain forest in the country, hidden waterfalls , and great diving spots. The property is located at the Lazaro beach, within walking distance to Sununga and Domingas Dias beaches. It is a recently built property with contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, washer-dryer, home-theater , cable TV, hi-speed Internet and all the goodies. The house is sufficiently elevated from the sand level so you can enjoy an incredible view of the ocean and islands, without compromising you privacy. It offers 5 Bedrooms (plus maid quarters ) , a home theater, a contemporary kitchen, a living room, dinning room, large terrace and balcony. The yard has a pool and a jacuzzi. A 47' motorboat or a 44' sailing boat can be arranged for an extra fee.
