We have vacationed in the PV area and other areas of Mexico for the last 20 years and in 2009, decided to purchase this lovely condo. We were overwelmed at the views, landscaping and properties at Punta Esmeralda and love every minute we spend here. We hope you will too. After vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for many years, we knew that this area was where we wanted to be for a future retirement property. With the lush jungle forests shading a canopy over the area, and a quaint village town every 15 minutes north and south, we will never run out of areas to explore. It's the best of both worlds with world famous Puerto Vallarta 20 minutes away with all the cultural activities, great restaurants and old world charm married with of course, Home Depot, Walmart and Costco. We love eating at La Cruz at small local restaurants, going to the market at Bucerias, shopping in PV or enjoying the private beach and beach club. For the more adventuresome, a 4 hr trip into Guadalajara is an experience for shopping and cultural experiences. Boat and jungle tours; (ATV, Canopy and jeep), cruises and sports activities can all be arranged through multiple local businesses (at a discount - you're a local!), great Mega supermarkets, or local fruit and vegetable stands make the experience fun and easy. For the extra special experience, hire a local chef to cook a dinner at the condo, a maid to come in daily and even shop for you. The Punta Esmeralda spa is a fabulous experience - no language barrier there! With 8 pools besides the private pool on the deck, you will feel treated to a special experience while staying at our condo.
Your dream vacation awaits you. This three year old condo is centrally located in the prestigious, secured, gated resort of Punta Esmeralda. You have breath taking views of Puerto Vallarta, the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas from the terrace or from your own private jetted plunge pool. Imagine enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset from your terrace. Puerto Vallarta, the city and the airport are only 20 minutes south and Mexican markets, great restaurants and supermakets are only 5 minutes away in Bucerias or La Cruz. The resort offers a beach club, restaurant, seven pools, health club gym, tennis courts, beach volleyball, a groomed beach with chairs, wireless internet - all included with your stay. The spa offers reasonably priced services and is a 2 minute walk from the condo. This spacious 2800 sq. foot condo is well equipped and furnished in luxury for discriminating guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, marble floors and a water purification system. There are three bedrooms,with ensuite bathrooms. Two units have walk in showers and one has a jetted Jacuzzi tub/shower unit. The master bed has a king size pillow top bed, the second bedroom offers a queen size pillow top bed, and the third bedroom has two pillow top twins that convert to a king if desired. All rooms have patio doors to gardens or the terrace. To make your vacation special, for an additional charge (very reasonable rates), we can provide daily, or weekly maid service, cooks, babysitters, groceries or a gourmet meal delivered. Our staff will greet you on arrival on site or a concierge service & airport greeting, pick up or drop off can be arranged at extra rates. We will leave recommendations to our favorite restaurants, Mexican markets and day trips at the condo for you to consider. You will not forget this magical, beautiful resort vacation.
