This spacious Mediterranean villa is located near the northern tip of the island in Westpunt which is adjacent to Malmok, Tierra Del Sol’s PGA golf course. This Villa can be reserved either as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom vacation property. The home is approximately one mile from the ocean and 1.5 miles to the Marriott High Rise Hotels, and Boca Catalina & Arishi Beaches. Enjoy magnificent sunset views from the 2nd level deck. The upstairs master bedroom and deck overlook the tropical garden and pool . The ground level master bedroom opens up directly to the pool area and has gorgeous views of the garden, The four bedroom, four bath villa (including a large lock off studio), sleeps a maximum of 12 people.
