Welcome to our new six bedroom, non-smoking, private vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort. This 5-Star resort community is also the closest to Walt Disney World- only 2 miles & less than 5 minutes away.

Our home provides professional decor which includes only the finest home furnishings. However, it is also very family friendly and includes a high chair, crib, PS2 game system, full games room, and themed children bedrooms. This home is perfect for everyone including: families, golf groups, honeymooners, and group retreats. The yard includes an extended screened lanai with covered patio seating, sun loungers, and a private South-facing pool and spa.

  • There is a $300 deposit required to hold a reservation along with a $39 damage protection payment or $325 security deposit. 50% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (includes the $300 reservation deposit if already paid). The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Perfect family vacation getaway

Our stay at the Magic Star Villa was absolutely AMAZING! This truly was a home away from home. The villa has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. We stayed for a week while visiting Disney World. Our family would sleep in, wake up to a relaxing breakfast while the kids would swim in the pool, and then head to the theme parks after lunch. After a full day in the parks, there's nothing better then to come home to a relaxing villa. It was so nice to have one or two meals at home rather than always eat out if you stay in a hotel. The villa's kitchen is elegant and the outdoor BBQ is a great touch. The full sized washer and dryer made staying clean a breeze. Whether you have one family or multiple, this house can fit everyone with 6 bedrooms (3 of them would qualify as master bedrooms) and 3 kid room with multiple beds. We will definitely stay at Magic Star Villa next time we return to Disney World.

Wonderful!!

We had a great time staying in this house. Darin was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. We had 13 people in our group and we had plenty of room. The kids are still talking about their bedrooms. The kids also loved that there was a playground walking distance from the house. It was a great vacation.

The PERFECT place!

We had a wonderful Christmas at the Magic Star. Having searched and read many reviews on many properties, I am so happy I choose this villa. The reviews on this villa were very helpful and true. The villa is simply PERFECT! Exactly as described in the listing. Loved the bedrooms, very comfy beds. The villa is very spacious; there was enough sleeping space for everyone (we were 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 5 kids/teens). The villa was very clean, very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The online paying method is very easy and convenient. Location is great; quiet, safe feeling and very close to Disney. I would highly recommend this villa for those looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to have fun, be close to Disney or simply relax. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!

I have lived in Florida for 13 years and have made dozens of trips with my family to the Orlando area. I have stayed at many hotels, condos and have rented several houses in this time and this home, by far, was my favorite. The house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and then some - everything towels to stocked kitchen to baby care items. The home was exceptionally clean. My daughter and niece loved the Tinkerbell/Little Mermaid (my 3 year old niece said when we were packing up to leave, "Why do I have to be away from this room?").
The home is just minutes from the parks, and all grocery stores etc were right around the corner. The home was more than I expected and a fantastic value.
Darin was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was beyond accomodating.
I would not only recommend this home to anyone I know traveling to the Orlando area, but I plan to stay again with my family.

Great House!

The description of the home was accurate. The property was well maintained and very clean. We had a slight issue with the pool heat and our calls were returned within ten minutes and within a half an hour, the problem was fixed! Excellent customer service (even on weekends).
