Our house is on a sea side hill , with a lovely view of the bay of S.Giulia and the mediterranean sea towards Sardinia. It is surrounded by a 1000 sqm private garden with charming trees and flowers. 3 double bed rooms, 2 showers, 2 WC , large living room with fireplace, provencia fully equipped kitchen, 3 terraces facing east, south and west with barbecue, 1roof terrace. All rooms are very quiet and directed towards the garden. Total surface about 150 sqm. Private car parking. The sea can be reached by a short walk of about 5 min. No agency charges.

S.Giulia is one of the most beautiful bays of Corsica. The old town of Porto Vecchio with shops is situated at 7 km. The famous town of Bonifacio at 20 km. There are many charming bays all around and also lovely mountains. In the village of S.Giulia are several swimmingpools, two of them are very close to the villa(100-200 m). In Porto Vecchio you have all facilities of a city like supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies and restaurants of all kind. On your walk to the beach you´ll find small shops selling newspaper, bread and everything for a quick lunch. In the hinterland there are mountains for hiking, ideal also for children, the surroundings offer you the most beautiful beaches of the island: they are worthwile visiting.
