This is a very comfortable and spacious condo located very conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many wonderful restaurants (including a cupcake store and gelato store!), shops, museums, aquarium, farmer's market at Marion Square Park and historic sites within walking distance.
There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street parking spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!
15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches, 20-25 minutes from Surfer's Haven, Folly Beach. 20-25 minutes from historic plantations Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens and Drayton Hall.

All bedrooms have queen beds, and one has a double futon as well. 1 bathroom is upstairs and one downstairs in master, both with showers in tub. Small cafe table in kitchen, extendable table seating 5-6 in living area. Kitchen newly remodeled.

We met in Charleston and lived there for 9 years. It remains very close to our hearts and we visit when we can. We love to share our experience there with others and hope you find it to be as beautiful and inviting a city as we do!
My husband lived in this condo and we decided to rent it out when we bought a house. It's a very convenient location in downtown.
We love to walk to the farmer's market, Marion Square, the Children's Museum and all the restaurants close by. It's so easy to get to so many wonderful places from there.
